Pineau des Charentes Masterclass

Portland Cocktail Week’s Distance Learning Program is proud to present a two part Pineau Des Charentes Master Class led by Ms. Franky Marshall (@drinking.violet), which will cover production, history, and flavor profiles of this remarkable vin de liqueur.

The first hour long class on April 22nd at 2 PM EST will give you all of the tools you need to integrate Pineau Des Charentes into cocktails and your bar program.
The second class on May 6th will feature a live tasting through the spirits.
Ten participants who successfully complete the quiz between April 22nd – April 24th will be selected to join Franky to taste along with their very own Pineau Des Charentes tasting kit, featuring four amazing marques!
